1. Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The item must be in its original packaging.
    • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Customized or special-order items.
    • Used packing materials (e.g., used boxes, tape).

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@kejamove.com within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
